Demonstrating How to Find Preforeclosure Homes Online
There's a lot articles written about finding preforeclosures over the internet. Most of them are just a teaser to get you signed up into a program for more money. But first things first. You must be familiar on your local courthouse works. It's not going to help you much if you have no idea what are the significance of those recorded documents.
But don't be discouraged because it could get intimidating at first especially the first time you visit your courthouse. Don't hesitate to ask those courthouse folks, they'll be more than happy to help you.
This time, the video you're about to see is a demonstration on how you look for properties in "default". When a "Notice of Default" is filed for a given homeowner, that's the beginning of a house going into preforeclosures.
The site I used in this video is for the Churchill County Nevada Recorder's office. It's always going to vary according to your respective county. But the principle will remain the same. This is the first of demonstration video one county. There will be more videos in the future in going deeper as far as doing your research.
