Of all the things that you'll need in order to get your real estate investing in full swing is to find motivated sellers. Purchase bargain properties at deep discounts from motivated sellers only.
To be able to get your prime cost and terms, you must work with sellers who are predisposed to listen and meet halfway. Unfortunately, 90% of the people who offer their homes for sale are not truly motivated sellers. To use these strategies, however, you will not be required to find desperate sellers or take advantage of someone else's problems. But deal with someone who is motivated enough and ready to move-on so that someone (You) could take-over ownership of their property that have dented their financial situation.
