How to Find Home Foreclosures in Your Leisure Time?

Is there really some ways on how to find home foreclosures in your leisure time?  This leisure time could be just your typical drive around the block or how about a casual walk around your neighborhood.

It's pretty amazing to know basing from my own experience how I find home in foreclosures by accident.  My routine is I walk my dog around our neighborhood for about an hour every day.  I learned from Cesar Millan "The Dog Whisperer" that walking is not only good for us human but it's also highly recommended for dogs too.  So that's what I do,  everyday whether it's freezing or not I make it a daily routine to do my walk.

And out of the blue I guess to break some routine, I decided to take a different route just for a change of the view.  What I have learned during my growing years in my real estate investment to keep my eyes open of my surroundings especially  the home along my path.  I noticed the progressions of this one particular house on the corner.   Few months ago the front yard of this house looks like that it's having a garage sale, all kinds of stuff laying out on the yard.  I have noticed also the lawn is not maintained, grasses and weeds overgrowing.  And for you folks still asking what are the tell-tale signs of homes going into foreclosures, you just read it!

The more you get to be more aware of your surrounding  homes the easier for you to find homes in foreclosures.  You could have the first dib for any homes you come across in your daily walk or drive that posted a for sale sign.  Typically, homeowners  who are having payment problems will try to sell their home by themselves first.   But after they realized that a quick sell is out of  sight, they will even try to list their property with a real estate agent.  By this time, when more than a month have passed, they probably have a foreclosure notice for their property.

So quit asking on how to find home foreclosures because that foreclosed homes might be just one of the homes you're just passing by in your daily leisure walks.
