How Did I Ever Get Started in My Home Foreclosures Investing?
This is where it all started… This is going to be like my journal on the steps I took the first time I started with my home foreclosures journey. I learned a lot from the very beginning (i.e finding the foreclosed home, working with the right real estate agent, fixing…then selling). The mistakes and lessons I learned are the things that made this journey more fun (not sure if it's fun to some). This was my first home foreclosures project. It's HUD foreclosure property and my baby since this were it all started. And here's the backyard picture:
And it involved lots of work. After I cleared the backyard, I have learned to appreciate those yard maintenance worker, they work hard! And I did too! So, how did I find this foreclosed home? After a lot of driving around the neighborhood, I finally decided to try something different. Remember about establishing your real estate team of professionals? Well, I finally got smarter…duh! I forgot to realize again that's what real estate agent are for. They know the current inventories of home for sale. Check this page for more about real estate agent. Great source of information from these folks!
