What Makes a Champion Real Estate Agent?

A book written by Dirk Zeller titled "The Champion Real Estate Agent" provides some unique qualities, business habits, and family value of what it takes to be a successful real estate agent. The book is excellent source of information for both novice and veteran real estate agent.

According to Mr. Zeller, if you want to be the best agent there is. Concentrate your effort of being a listing agent. Build up those inventories of homes for sale.

Who could bring home the most net earnings is the measures a successful agent. The other secret of Mr. Zeller's champion agent quality is the ability to generate more referrals from both the buyers and sellers. This provides profits now and for the future.

If you're the type of real estate agent who gives big emphasis on "Open House" to generate prospect and home sales, don't expect Zeller to be on your side. He would rather have skin eaten off by ants rather do open houses (he must have a very bad experience from open house and ants!).

A good balance of time spent with your family is also a factor a champion agent. Overall, if you're an aspiring successful real estate agent, check out this book "The Champion Real Estate Agent" by Dirk Zeller.
